  As Post Offices go... I have to give a huge Shout out to the Boulder City Post Office, they are without a doubt, Top Notch. First Class on all accounts, including customer service! My husband and I have had our mail box there for 8 years now, next month, and will continue to do so, for the peace of mind they give us along with the Amazing service, Thank you...!

  We will not use this post office to ship and send important things anymore unless a young rude woman ( postal clerk ) get replacement from this office. I almost lost my chance to apply my paper work from the government and again I almost lost my business.

  The absolute worst customer service and poor attitudes by the employees. The time now is exactly 2:26pm, the Boulder City USPS website says passports are done until 3pm. I walked in at 2:05pm while the lady behind the desk stared at me waiting in line. She let me stand there for 15 mins before she told me that they stop doing passports at 2pm and pointed to a hand written sign. I, among other customers who were already in line stated the website says 3pm and she snapped back "I understand that but my sign says 2pm" Very rude people and by the looks of the comments Im not the first to state this.

  This is without a doubt the WORST post office I have ever been to. Being a BC resident I try and avoid going in there if possible due to their attitudes. The young lady with long dark hair is a very rude and unhappy person. If it were anywhere else she'd probably be fired. Most of them that work there do not even live here and don't care!

  Customer service is very important to me as I work in customer service. The female employee with the brown hair is horrendous. Every time I have had interaction with her she is unbelievably rude. She treats you like you are inconveniencing her. I now drive into Henderson if I have any postal needs, because I prefer to not start my day with being treated as I have some contagious flesh eating disease! Im writing this in the hopes her supervisor reads this and will address her appalling customer service. She should keep in mind that as tax payers we, the customers are the ones paying her wages!
